@OllieGlanvill @nickverlaney The whole team have been shocking today. But in general Lavia is a much better player. The manager has killed everyone’s confidence. Lavia is so good at getting the ball on the half turn and driving but he is given no license to do so as all the manager wants is 5 yard passes

@NizaarKinsella Someone at the club should have recognised how good Sanchez had been and said to Rosenior that the simplified role helped the team and his form massively

@NizaarKinsella Rosenior was incredibly naive coming in and asking Sanchez to play out more. Maresca had simplified Sanchez game earlier in the season and he was one of our better players prior to rosenior coming in. The anxiety with his feet lead him to making other mistakes which led to this

In simple terms, Jorgensen is better with his feet and Sanchez is better at most other key goalkeeping metrics.
Rosenior has brought Jorgensen back into the fold, especially for matches where his improved footwork might help.

@NizaarKinsella Are you for real? This is football at the top level. He made a huge mistake for the Vitinha goal then again where an offside saved him fromthe same again putting players under pressure in dangerous positions. PSG set the traps and we fell into it

This is not a volley or half volley… a volley you haven’t touch the ball before and it comes across to you without touching the floor. A half volley you hit on the bounce

How is this even a debate. If you challenge for the ball from an offside position you impact a defenders choice on how to defend. It should be offside every time.
