@JamieLov3 We don't know what will happen for sure yet, I think they're exploring options and will probably get sold which means the platform could go in any direction after so it's best to be prepared!

Regarding Streamelements shutdown news, I thought I'd share the app I work with for my widgets and plan to make public worst case. It can import overlays from SE and interacts with real Twitch events through browser source. I'll explain more about my plan below

@eternaleterniti @NeneCococoVT @blossumVT As someone who has commissioned a lot of art I agree with this. I’ve almost never had a bad experience with getting ripped off or things being late. Anytime I have had an artist contact me with a delay or cancel and refund an order for whatever reason I’ve stayed understanding.

Still thinking about the real things artists have said to me over the years: - “I actually thought I contacted you, but that was a false memory” - “I was too afraid to message you after one year” - “I know I owe you thousands, but if you prepay X more I will do a quick delivery now” - “I'll update you this week” [every day for four months] - “Sorry I just got home a homeless person stabbed a hole in my tyre today” and more unnecessary info to the commission - “I didn't intend on scamming you” - “I admit I am one of the artists that have failed you. But I am not ALL of the artists who have failed you” - “Your commission money represents a trauma to me” and my favourite: - [Day before my debut] “I've gone to war... I can't refund you” 💀💀 Stop coming up with excuses or over explaining your personal life. This is a professional relationship 💔
