Most people using Claude Code are leaving 80% of its power on the table. Here's the fix (and it's free): A developer friend of ours built a 29-agent open-source plugin that turns Claude Code into a full engineering team. It solves the biggest problem with AI builds... Most AI-generated code makes future work HARDER. This plugin flips that with 5 steps: (broken down into skills) • Brainstorm step: agents scan your repo and propose approaches with tradeoffs documented • Plan step: parallel agents fill in gaps, catch edge cases, output a full spec • Work step: swarm agents build in parallel, test after every change, only commit when green • Review step: multi-agent code review with P1/P2/P3 triage before you ship • Compound step: after every build, 5 agents capture the root cause, the fix, and how to prevent it next time…. saved to a searchable KB inside your repo That last step is how each unit of engineering work makes the subsequent units easier. If you’re not technical (like me), this is an absolute game changer. I'm sharing the GitHub link with anyone who wants it. • Comment "repo" • Follow me (so I can DM) And I'll send it over right away.

Self-improving Claude Code skills are f*cking ridiculous 🤯 One loop → 10 test runs, scored against an eval, prompt rewritten, retested, winner kept. A hook writer skill went from 32/50 to 47/50 overnight. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who have built Claude Code skills but the output is still inconsistent — great 70% of the time, unusable the other 30%. If you've been manually tweaking your skill prompts one run at a time, re-reading outputs, adjusting instructions based on vibes, and never quite getting the consistency you need... This method eliminates the entire loop: → You define 3-5 binary eval criteria for your skill → Claude runs the skill 10 times with varied inputs → A separate evaluator scores every output against your criteria → It identifies the most common failure patterns → Rewrites the skill prompt to fix what's failing → Retests and keeps the winner → Repeats until the score plateaus No manual prompt tweaking. No reviewing every output by hand. No "it worked that one time but I can't reproduce it." What you get: → A skill prompt that's been through 50+ automated test runs → A scored improvement log showing exactly what changed and why → Eval criteria you can reuse every time you update the skill → A method that works on any skill: hooks, briefs, ad copy, scripts, reports Inspired by @karpathy's auto research repo, the same loop AI labs use to improve their own models, applied to your creative workflow. I put together a full playbook showing how to set up the eval, the exact Claude Code prompt for the improvement loop, and starter eval criteria for the 5 most common DTC creative skills. Want the playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "IMPROVE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Google launched a tool that lets you speak into it and spits out production-ready creative. It's game changing. It's called Stitch. And my team over the last 24 hours pulled everything we could out of our inside man from Google. Then built it all into a 30+ page PDF your creative team can run with tomorrow morning. Here's what changes Monday: Speak into the tool. Get a production-ready prototype in minutes. Lock any client's brand to a single file. The AI never goes off-brand again. Update designs on a live client call while they watch. Export working code, Figma files, and ad assets in one click. Creative output triples. Revision cycles disappear. Your team starts delivering work that used to take days — before lunch. We put everything into a PDF you can upload to any LLM and have it train your entire creative team in an afternoon. 50+ prompts. Every framework. 5 starter projects. Zero fluff. The agencies that roll this out first are going to be untouchable. Comment STITCH and I'll send you the PDF.

SHOCKING: 99% of GTM engineers using Claude are barely scratching the surface. Right now, the entire internet is screaming "Claude, Claude, Claude"... But here's the truth: just prompting it won't build GTM infrastructure. To unlock its real power, you need to master: - Claude Code deployment with the WAT framework and CLAUDE. md self-improvement loop - MCP connections, sub-agents, and automations running 24/7 without you - Pre-built prompt systems covering every GTM function you actually run I spent 100+ hours building and documenting the most complete Claude GTM Engineering Bible and compiled every prompt, workflow, build sequence, and deployment guide into one resource. I'll give it to only 500 people. To get it: 1. Follow me MUST (so I can DM) 2. Comment "CLAUDE" 3. I'll DM you the bible If you don't follow or comment, you won't receive it.

@ZachLowe_NBA can u let us know 1) if the bam game was legit or manufactured 2) if anyone made a fortune off it on Kalshi or other betting markets? League integrity is at an all-time low, default is to assume it was rigged.

The Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast shared screenshots of the 2023 whistleblower’s complaint against the Clippers, but did NOT report if the SEC verified the whistleblower’s account, per @MikeVorkunov. “A 2023 whistleblower complaint to the SEC accused Aspiration of fraudulently misusing funds to assist the LA Clippers circumvent salary cap restrictions to pay star Kawhi Leonard “an incentivized bonus,” according to a new report by the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast. Broadcasting live from the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, the podcast shared screenshots of the complaint, but did not report if the SEC verified the whistleblower’s account. The SEC brought charges against Aspiration co-founder Joseph Sanberg last year, alleging Sanberg committed fraud in how he presented the company’s finances. Those charges did not mention the Clippers.” (via nytimes.com/athletic/70953…)

REVEALED: Whistle-blowers warned the SEC in 2023 that the LA Clippers and Aspiration "disguised" Kawhi Leonard's marketing deal "to circumvent the NBA's salary cap," according to a secret government complaint obtained by @PabloTorre — and signed under penalty of perjury.

I charge $25,000+ to build these automations for agencies. Here are the first 10 we install every single time — for free. We've worked with 1,250+ marketing agencies. Our clients have added $500M in annual recurring revenue. Our 20 engineers log over 6,000 hours a month solving exactly one problem: agencies bleeding time on tasks a $20/month tool could handle. Most agency owners want to automate. They just don't know where to start — so they don't start. Meanwhile, their team is burning 20+ hours a week on work that shouldn't require a human. One example: data analysis alone costs the average agency 1 hour per client, per week. Multiply that across 15 clients and you've got two full workdays gone before anyone's opened a brief. I put together a free Doc called The 10 Agency Tasks We Automate First. Each task includes: → What the task is and what it currently replaces → How long the setup actually takes (most are under a session) → The exact tools behind each automation with real pricing ($20–$800/month depending on stack) → Why we use a 30-minute threshold to decide if something's worth automating → A prioritization framework so you know where to start with your specific agency → Entry-level cost breakdown — first five automations can run ~$100/month on tools you likely already have → The 6 tools our engineers rely on across these 10 automations (including the MCP solution we built — the first of its kind for agencies) → A clear view of what 20+ hours of recovered capacity actually looks like across a team You don't need a dev team. You don't need a big budget. You need the right list in the right order. Comment LINK and I'll send it directly. If we're not connected, add me first so it reaches you.
