The REAL H1-B abuse lies in low and mid-level tech. Unless they have very specialized skills (like semiconductor fabrication) we can homegrow those.
THIS is the area that needs reform and Trump is doing it!
H1-B's should be for elite talent we lack here in adequate numbers.
