@TalkTalk Any update on the ongoing issue? 21 hours since you admitted that there was a problem and no update since, very poor customer service. I've had the problem of dropping wifi for a month & hours & hours on chat have got me nowhere!

@TalkTalk This has been happening to my line for a month now, eifi drops out anytime day night. Spent many many hours on chat all say 'I'm the one that'll sort it for you' 🤣 new router, still the same, up & down like a whores draws! Awful customer service, diabolical.

@Chester_Cycling What about not being allowed near a bike until you’ve undertaken a comprehensive driving course….? 🤔 Seriously though, I think *everyone* should undertake a refresher following lockdown. The number of poor road users - both drivers and cyclists - is shocking!

@Mags2C2 @TalkTalk It's an absolute shambles, I've had issues with service for days on end, a new router hours and hours and hours on 'chat' each one promising that they can fix it, guess what still not fixed. Will be looking gor a new provider tomorrow, nothing can be as bad as @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk What on earth is going on, I've been on a chat for another 2 hours, got nowhere, & now have had a text message to appologise for the abrupt disconnection. I just want a stable wifi connection that doesn't keep dropping out, is that too much to ask, afterall it is what I pay for!
