KSEF jest genialny i problem z nim mają jedynie osoby, które lubiły lecieć w chuja na podatkach. Wcześniej dostarczenie faktury to była zabawa. Jedni chcieli tylko fakturę fizyczną przy dostawie. Inni absoltunie tego zabraniali (bo ceny to tajemnica handlowa) więc tylko na maila. Jeszcze inni nie na maila, ale tylko fizycznie, wysyłana pocztą. Kolejni to w ogóle chcieli przez jakiś program do wymiany dokumentów od Comarchu, za który trzeba było specjalnie płacić. Teraz? Faktura się automatycznie wysyła do KSEF i nara, masz do niej dostęp. Eliminuje to też główną wymówkę do niepłacenia za faktury w terminie pod tytułem "Gdzieś się zapodziała faktura". To samo z otrzymywaniem faktur: faktura była w paczce? Czy trzeba ją ściągnąć z konta klienta? Czy wysłana na maila? A na czyjego? Może tego pracownika, co jest obecnie na zwolnieniu? A może nie wystawili? Albo trafiła do spamu? Albo się zgubiła? Pomijam już konieczność przenoszenia tych faktur do programu księgowego - albo ręcznego przepisywania, albo przez skanowanie i OCR. Teraz wszystko spływa w jedno miejsce, kwoty, terminy płatności, numery kont - wszystko jest pobierane automatycznie i można sobie to bez problemu przenosić dalej, analizować i automatyzować. Tak, rozumiem, że dostosowanie się do tego systemu wymagało trochę czasu i pieniędzy, szczególnie u osób, które korzystały z mocno przestarzałych rozwiązań. Ale to tak jak z przejściem z faksu na maila - trochę pracy na początku, a później już znacznie łatwiej. Tak więc powtarzam - o ile nie leciałeś w chuja na podatkach, to KSEF będzie dla Ciebie ułatwieniem w dłuższym terminie.

That would very much be battery in most places. he initiated unwanted, purposeful, physical contact without justification with the intent to start some kind of argument. That doesn't' mean he's wrong or that straw hat was in the right. That guy is an ass and deserved to have his via revoked (this is 6 months old). My entire point is, its dangerous to do that.
