Excited that Channel 7 & 9 covered our @Cell_Metabolism study along with 62 news outlets. It suggests AP-1-linked chromatin opening drives organismal maturation across cell types by disrupting the activity of 'early-life' gene regulatory elements—a mechanism hijacked in aging via ongoing chromatin opening.
