It’s a business, and I get it if Schloss wanted to make a move. But you know he could have had Texas delay the Pierce firing until after the national championship game if he had wanted to. Leaving is one thing. Being complicit in creating a distraction for your team as they’re trying to win a title is quite another.

Worry keeps you up at night. It convinces you that if you work at it, you can solve every problem. But in the end, peace comes by admitting that you are not God. Therefore, you are not in charge. You are not in control. You are simply a part of God’s plan. So trust and obey.
