🚨 DE LA ROSA EN CRISIS POR NEGARSE A DESPEDIR EMPLEADOS... Enrique Michel y su familia son dueños de una de las marcas más reconocidas en México... “de la rosa” Hace tiempo dio una entrevista y contó de la crisis que enfrenta la empresa ante la entrada de máquinas a las demás fábricas competentes... sin embargo que se negaba a que esas máquinas entraran a la fábrica “de la rosa” “Nos hicieron una propuesta demostrándonos como con la nueva tecnología incrementaríamos producción en un 80% más... cosa que nos beneficiaría y pondría de nuevo en los primeros lugares de ventas y estábamos a solo una firma de aceptar... esa mañana me levanté temprano y me dirigí a la fábrica... Salude a Bertita, que se dedica a limpiar los cacahuates junto a su hija Romina... llevan más de 15 años aquí... y sabía que una de las máquinas nuevas haría el trabajo mucho más rápido que ellas... pero que eso significaría que YA NO ESTARÍAN ELLAS AQUÍ... Después vi hacia el área de empaque... Juan, Luis, Damaris, Esther... toda gente honrada con familias que dependían del sueldo que recibían en este trabajo... Todos ellos ya me habían entregado su tiempo y compromiso y una máquina estaba por reemplazarlos... Le llamé a mi socio, a mi familia y les dije la verdad... NO ACEPTARÍA NINGUNA MÁQUINA... ya que eso implicaba dejar ir a NUESTRA gente... y NUESTRA GENTE no se merece eso... Mejor contratamos a más personas y damos más empleo para incrementar producción y esperar volver a recuperar nuestros números... pero JAMÁS dejando ir por números a los nuestros” ¡Así que ya saben gente! ¡Cuando vean algún producto “de la rosa” intenten consumir... ya que detrás de ese producto hay familias enteras trabajando duro y un jefe con pantalones que prefiere SU CRISIS antes que el DESEMPLEO DE SU EQUIPO! When he got home from the hospital, his dad Errol didn’t comfort him. Instead he made Elon stand there while he yelled at him for an hour, calling him an idiot and worthless, and basically taking the bully’s side. Elon and Kimbal have both described their dad as emotionally abusive overall. This goes to show that a persons past does not define their future. Overcoming childhood trauma in a positive way can enhance the future.
