@sheilamouna We always respond, what ever the role and always offer feedback - it is simply respectful of the time and energy that went into the application and also leaves the prospective candidates with a good impression of our lovely school.

Ok so a bit of a rant here about manners- if a teacher spends a long time writing an application for a leadership role, visits the school, applies, gets no acknowledgment, no confirmation of receipt and no indication if they have been shortlisted or not - this is rude.

Our indoor athletics team are excited about the prospect of being one of two Dorking Schools taking part in the Country Finals - scheduled for 9th February.
That gives us a little time to factor in some additional training sessions with Mrs Davey and Mr G.

What a fantastic lunchtime!
Our thanks to the kitchen team for cooking such a yummy lunch, to all the staff for their energy and Christmas cheer as they served and supervised the children. Also to parents for sending the children in wearing a range of creative hats and jumpers.

We are super proud of our AMAZING Y6 cricketers, who worked their way through the district competitions to compete in the County Finals.
They played through the qualifying rounds and came 6th overall - IN SURREY!
