Hello Everyone, this is Libby's husband, Jerit (JR). I am unbelievably saddened to report that Libby passed away yesterday. She was peaceful when she went, and her family was with her during her time in hospital.

@LucyWheater @DrAmirKhanGP Lucy - you’d need to check with your oncology team but I’ve found magnesium and zinc supplements help me deal with the aches, improve my mood and allow me to exercise (dog-walking and running) which in turn also stops the aches and improves my mood. Good luck!

@DrAmirKhanGP As part of my ongoing cancer treatment I’m on monthly ovarian blockers, and daily estrogen blockers. I’m 41. There is no real acknowledgment of how horrible this permanent state of menopause is. No HRT allowed; constant joint pain & headache. What can I do? 😰

@diaryofadetour @Liz_ORiordan I had both in the same arm last week. Absolutely fine. Achy arm for a couple of days and was a bit shivery in the night with the flu one but fine again by the following day.

@Liz_ORiordan I got my covid booster on Sunday and had a very sore arm yesterday. Got flu tomorrow and it has to be in the same arm thanks to the cancer fairy - will that be ok even if it’s still a bit sore?

@BrummieFrog Definitely newspaper (and change it after a few hours for drier stuff). Airy or warm space (above the fridge/airing cupboard if you have one or dangle from your pulley and remove insoles if you can as this will speed things up.

I did a five mile walk today, all the way down through the town at Finneston, past the Clyde and up round the transport museum, along to where the Clyde meets the Kelvin and back through Kelvingrove park and up into the west end and a wee soup at @eusebi_deli
