No she didn’t and there was no communication. Very costly parking session for her to be picked up. Case has now arrived in London today and she’s waiting on it being delivered.

@British_Airways my sister volunteered to check her bag at the gate on flight BA1479 tonight. Now been waiting at Heathrow over an hour for it to arrive. Poor show BA. Any idea where it may be?

With hindsight , perhaps foolishly my sister volunteered to gate check her cabin bag tonight on #BritishAirways flight 1479. Waited over 2 hours with baggage showing as « arriving » turns out her bag was left behind in Glasgow. @British_Airways customer service continuing to fail

@alamocares Nice Airport 31 March. Paid for child booster seat. Person accompanied me to car to fetch booster seat. Was told no booster seats available. Was advised that he would cancel the payment. Payment has been taken from my card. Can you please refund.
