@JaneSelena You don’t know because I’m such a positive person lol, but I’ve had neuropathy for 15 years hands and feet from chemo. Ignore it, move on and tell the docs to eff off.

Positive twitter news. For the 3rd time I was told I'd have to stop riding out from the permanent nerve damage in my arm from surgery.also terrible neuropathy. The last 2 days I've rode 3 lots ❣️ life after cancer isn't easy but im going to fill everyday with the things I love .

@david_stewart I think the most i had was about 8. I don't like them behind my ears or the top of my head id manage the rest. Next wk will be my 11th session. I guess it's all about pressure points.do try the nerve gliding exercises.

@JaneSelena Great mystery to me how acupuncture works but it seems to for so many people so am definitely onboard 💉 I think the first session I had 11 needles and was paranoid about the same 11 being removed at the end 😅

@david_stewart My feet are fine but my hand and arm are so bad pins and needles.its weird as it only effected me 18months later . The acupuncture is so good. I can't have it on the affected side unfortunately as I've had lymphnodes removed so not allowed.

@JaneSelena That’s great news I’ve had one acupuncture session but have struggled to get down for rest. Will try hard again next week .. also going to try some hydrotherapy … feet get so cold and tingly 😳 glad the acupuncture has worked well for you

@david_stewart Oh bless you I hope you are well now. Acupuncture!!!!! I'm finding it so good in the beginning I wasn't so sure but now I can lay on my side at night and sleep again.also look up nerve gliding exercises on YouTube so amazing
