Has anyone had trouble with cell service when using the pay parking options at #WestVan parks? I've heard it's been an issue in some locations and with some providers.

@JaneSeyd Yes, Took almost 15 minutes to get enough service to pay parking this past weekend, tried all of the apps as well. Very frusterating
