@westelm word of warning for anyone who is thinking about getting furniture from West Elm- I now understand why they don’t have reviews of their products on the website. And the customer service is terrible. Huge inconvenience and not worth the exorbitant price. Look elsewhere.

@westelm Yet another update and example of what you can expect from @westelm - the replacement order they had said shipped over a week ago was cancelled because the product isn’t available. All I got was a random email. And apparently they had lied that it shipped initially??????

As an update- I messaged customer service to check on the status of my replacement order today, they said it was ready to schedule but for some reason that was never updated on the tracking. Now I got a message that it was cancelled. Why? No idea. 🤦🏻‍♀️ @westelm

@westelm I sent the message and you referred me to the same terrible customer service via chat that I had already received. Again, people, avoid @westelm at all costs if you can. Seek a company with reviews available and a good track record for customer service. #neveragain

The first image is of Jewish children holding hands as they walk to a gas chamber at Auschwitz, unknowingly. The second photo is of happy Auschwitz staff enjoying a pleasant day off. Their jobs were helping to kill people like the kids in the first image. Hate, lies and brainwashing make normal people do horrific things. The importance of an open dialogue, free from government overreach, can not be overstated.
