On February 3, 2023, Two white Prosper ISD students ( Alec Ray Adamson 17 years, Mason Enslow Schiller 18 years ) fatally shot a black 19 year old David Noel Pleasant at a playground in Little Elm, Texas. As Pleasant exited a car attempting to run away from these two white supremacist. Adamson got out of the vehicle and shot Pleasant in the back of the head. They later sped away and took police on a chase, crashed the vehicle, then fled on a foot pursuit. Both charged with First Degree Murder, Schiller testified against Alec saying they went to sell Pleasant weed and didn’t believe his friend Alec’s shooting was justified. Schiller received NO prison time. Verdict: In September 2025, Jury convicted Alec Adamson of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon rather than murder, sentencing him to 4 years in prison. Since the crime happened in 2023, he was immediately paroled. 😡 KARMELO IN FRISCO, TX just received 35 years for defending himself. 💔 THIS IS AMERIKKA ! 🚨

I can't for the life of me understand why people think requesting a supervisor is going to make any difference at all. The supervisor is going to tell you to get out of the vehicle & if you continue to refuse, you will be forcibly removed. For those who didn't know, the Supreme Court ruled a long time ago that police can ask you to step out if the vehicle on a traffic stop. A refusal is a crime. And of course he through his attorney is going to say the stop is racially motivated. It's not as if 99.9% of the VTL/TR don't require the officer to look inside the vehicle.

A Long Island motorist has filed a lawsuit against the Suffolk County Police Department alleging he was beaten during a traffic stop in Medford. According to the lawsuit, after requesting a supervisor and refusing to exit his vehicle before speaking with one, an officer allegedly entered the car and punched him multiple times before officers forcibly removed and arrested him. The motorist claims he suffered a concussion, two black eyes, and other injuries. He was charged with traffic violations and resisting arrest. His attorney alleges the stop was racially motivated, while Suffolk County Police declined comment due to pending litigation.
