@ARISEtv Humor is becoming a form of protest when people reduce serious national issues to “rice palliatives,” it reflects deep frustration with short-term fixes replacing real solutions. Palliatives may ease pressure briefly, but they don’t address the root problems people are facing.

@PH_Socials Boma Iyaye stepping into the race signals how strategic the Rivers governorship contest is becoming. His move from Niger Delta Development Commission also raises questions about continuity, influence, and how public office is being leveraged ahead of elections.

@Alicejaden3 @AceBlinksz @SavvyRinu Exactly—when the systems don’t work, even abundance becomes expensive. Until refining, distribution, and governance are fixed, every external shock will keep hitting harder than it should.

@ifyuk88 @missohaso1 Rivers State truly has everything it needs to thrive, natural resources, strategic location, and hardworking people. What’s we need now are genuine leaders who can harness that potential into real, measurable progress, without first thinking of how they can enrich their pockets.

@missohaso1 Change is very important, but it has to come with a clear roadmap. Without that, we keep running in circles. We won't make any headway.

@OloroTkay @missohaso1 @SavvyRinu So who's job is it to fix it na.... If they are not competent to handle this crisis, why not just step down and allow someone else handle things.. Businesses are suffering because of this blackout.. This is really frustrating...

@missohaso1 I really want to believe in his new vision for Rivers state, and not the same old tactics our government use to enter power, and once they're there, they forget all the promises they made... So I really hope when he wins, he gets to do all the things he talks about.

@SavvyRinu So 31 governors can gather quickly for 2027 politics… but can’t gather with the same urgency to fix power, jobs, or healthcare? Interesting priorities. Very interesting.... And they wonder why Nigerians are angry??? Y'all are loosing come 2027🥂

@missohaso1 @SavvyRinu Many states are suffering from insecurity, banditry, kidnappings and much more... Yet their Governors are seen shamelessly singing praises to a clueless President who's only concerned about a 2nd term and nothing more... All the more reason to seriously vote Obi. To hell with APC

@OloroTkay @missohaso1 @SavvyRinu Exactly... Tinubu coming back for a second term, will be the undoing of Nigeria.... I just hope we wise up, and embrace change while we still have the chance to

@PatOnos2 @ifyuk88 @PH_Socials @TonyeCole1 Tonye Cole has contested for governor under APC twice consecutively, which effectively made him the party’s leading figure in the state. Fubara only recently aligned with APC due to his fallout with Wike. How does someone who suddenly aligned with the party become the leader?

@mayowacrown You didn’t know him before that donation is the more reason why you should have gone to Google to read about him instead of concluding that he made a donation for clout. Long before now, Tonye Cole has touched many lives by his philanthropic nature, you just don’t know.

Is this the Tonye Cole that contributed to Pastor Jerry Eze’s grant or whatever? I first heard of him because of the donation. Is the donation to get him popular cos of his political ambition, or did he indeed give generously? The timing says otherwise.
ifybaby88@ifyuk88

Tonye Cole is not just a leader, he’s a reformer. Committed to good governance, accountability, and creating opportunities for all Nigerians, he’s shaking the system for a brighter, more prosperous future. #TonyeCole2027 #HopeforRivers

@alexottiofr Alex Otti continues to show what leadership anchored on prudence, and measurable progress can look like. Interestingly, both Peter Obi and Tonye Cole share that same leadership tendency, data driven decisions, private sector efficiency, and accountability in public service .

@Ola_Chimankpam @alexottiofr Rivers State has massive potential, no doubt about that. And if leaders like Tonye Cole bring the right mix of vision, discipline, and genuine service, the state can absolutely turn a corner. Progress isn’t magic. It’s consistency, competence, and character.

@NigeriaStories It is concerning that the administration appears to prioritize 2027 electoral strategies over addressing the urgent and escalating security crisis facing the nation.
