@PJKossmann Good morning. Yes, I did, false positives and false negatives occurred when the blood that was used was highly degraded (expired blood), which skewed the table of colour ranges. This is one limitation of the research.

@Janicec157 Good morning Janice. I read your poster and have some questions. The use of presumptive may suggest false positives/ false negatives. Did you encounter any in your research?
