Heart, Lung and Circulation is publishing a special issue on contemporary cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention, with a focus on innovative delivery models, emerging technologies, workforce issues, and health equity. We welcome submissions on topics including digital and hybrid models of care, culturally tailored interventions, and strategies to improve referral, enrolment, completion, and patient outcomes.
