One group chases tools. The other fixes operations. Both say they have an AI strategy. You're not behind. The race hasn't started yet.

The companies that will win this aren't installing OpenClaw this weekend. They found the broken process costing them €400K/year and built a system around fixing it. Tool-agnostic.

Everyone's losing their minds over OpenClaw. Here's what they're not seeing.

German AI summit: THESE are the AI experts of our country? Put @steipete there, for God's sake ‼️ (I know he is Austrian... just consider it part of Germany 😉) ... And @rasbt ... 😐

I documented everything. 12 architecture principles. The mistakes. The corrections. Memory architecture. Model routing. Security hardening. Free download. Reply "Bible" and I'll send it.

This is the same pattern I see in enterprise AI deployments every week. Companies buy tools before fixing data flows. Build demos that impress boards. 6 months later the P&L hasn't moved. The problem is never the technology. It's the operating model.

I built 6 AI agents on OpenClaw. Custom orchestration. Memory pipelines. Beautiful whiteboard architecture. In production it burned money, produced worse output than a single Claude session, and broke constantly. So I tore it all down. Here's what I learned:

I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year. ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls. Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this. But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail. They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI." That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue. They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing. And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner. Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for. They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it. Because most people selling it sound like every other agency. I created a guide breaking down exactly: → How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen → The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project → How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself → The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects → Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything RT + reply "INFRA" and I'll send you the FULL guide (must follow so I can DM)

I'm giving away my entire @openclaw architecture. Behind my $250k/month agency. After weeks of building, I've dialled in the exact system that runs my business 24/7. What's included: • Memory folder structure (how to organize agent context) • Cron job templates (daily briefs, meeting syncs, content automation) • How to build a custom dashboard in @lovable • API reference doc (so your agent never forgets its tools) • Voice training method (85 posts to teach it your style) • Supabase schema for dashboard connection Comment "OS" and follow. I'll DM it to you. P.S. This will probably blow up so give me some time to reply.

Nano Banana + n8n is legitimately insane 🤯 Google's Nano Banana creates studio-quality static ads. But manually generating variations one-by-one takes forever. This n8n automation generates 1,000+ ad variations in minutes. Fully automated. Perfect for DTC brands & media buyers who need fresh creative for testing without hiring designers. Here's the problem: You need 50+ ad variations to test angles, but Nano Banana only outputs one image at a time. Manually uploading and tweaking prompts for each variation kills hours. This n8n automation solves it: → Upload ONE product image via n8n form → OpenAI Vision analyzes your product automatically → AI generates custom image prompts (you choose quantity: 50, 100, 1000+) → Nano Banana creates static ad images in bulk → All images auto-stored in Box for instant access No manual prompting. No designer bottlenecks. No waiting on agencies. What you get: → Hundreds of unique ad variations from one upload → Different angles, backgrounds, compositions → Production-ready static ads → Perfect for testing creative on Meta/TikTok Built 100% in n8n. Want the complete n8n template? > Comment "BANANA" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Outreach is dead? It's hard to do clients? What if I told you i've been scraping 100+ ICP leads everyday, reaching out with a 6 month old Loom video, and closing 10-15 DFY clients every month. If you want to know exactly how i do this, comment "ICP" for a breakdown
