We started Castora as a platform for people to make straightforward predictions and have fun in the process. It began with the simple idea of assuming that the playground is a coin toss, where heads win and tails get to pay heads. Of course, we knew we didn’t want to leave people’s fate to chance, so we came up with closest price predictions, something that doesn’t quite exist in the space yet. Castora has always been designed to be simple and fair for whoever wants to play in today’s ultra-competitive market, and we are glad to see that the product will find the right audience on mainnet. Once the product idea was finessed, we had to choose a home for it. It was one of the biggest decisions we’ve had to make, because we knew our overall performance was dependent on the blockchain that hosts Castora. Two years later, over a million testnet transactions, countless feedback, and a tight-knit community, we can proudly say we made the right decision to deploy Castora on @monad. What’s Next???
