I had a voicemail indicating everything was sorted from 2July. Unfortunately because I was international I did not receive; I’ll own that!

@British_Airways @aairlineshlpdsk @AmericanAir Sending this from the plane. Departure time was 30 minutes ago, we’ve been fully boarded for 45 minutes and are still at the gate awaiting final sign off on paperwork… captain says he doesn’t know why this is taking so long, so… 🤷🏼

@British_Airways @aairlineshlpdsk @AmericanAir AA supervisor disconnected, I get on with BA rep and they have no record and say AA cancelled the reservation

@AmericanAir I appreciate the responsiveness and knowing it looks fine in your system. However, my issues are (1) I am getting on a @British_Airways flight tomorrow and they do not have a ticket & (2) I am unable to check-in for the flight. These combined are concerning
