The AA attendant at the baggage counter joked that you should never check your bags with AA. Must be bad when the employees are not even pretending anymore. @SouthwestAir ftw

Y’all remember when I said @AmericanAir sucks real bad after they lost my luggage to SLC from BNA a few weeks ago and then left me stranded in PHX for 3 days? They struck again! Lost all of our baggage from DFW to BNA today. Friendly reminder to fly @SouthwestAir!

Boarded safely, and currently in the air headed to BNA. So far, a flawless experience with @SouthwestAir. Not even one delay. Crazy right? Thanks for doing what @AmericanAir can’t.

@JaredHarder @AmericanAir @SouthwestAir Unfortunately we were flying our daughter into our smaller airport and don’t have a lot of choices. Nashville is 2 hours away and our closest SW, we just didn’t have the time for the drive this time.

@AmericanAir Can you please get it together? My daughter was supposed to arrive last night so she could attend her dad’s Military COC ceremony culminating a 29 year career. Instead she is stranded at DFW with a crew that is missing & a departure that keeps getting pushed back.

@AmericanAir It’s not missed yet, event is at 3 today. When I tweeted there was still no crew, to my understanding a crew finally showed up so hopefully things will start moving now. We are just frustrated because this happened the last time she flew with you guys too.

@wtfzackjones @AmericanAir They busted a @gibsonguitar case flying to LAX for me a few years ago also. They suck, and nobody at @AmericanAir cares. @southwest is the go-to for traveling with instruments. I’m very sorry, Especially since I know they’re not.

Update- turns out they just reprinted our vouchers from yesterday, so they’re all invalid. Which means the one I just gave the taxi driver wasn’t valid either. So @AmericanAir is just cool with screwing everyone I guess.

I’m dumbfounded at the lack of CS I’ve seen with @AmericanAir. Far worse than any other company I’ve EVER dealt with. Guy in line at CS behind me is missing a funeral. Do you even care, @AmericanAir?

2nd day stuck in PHX because of canceled flights on @AmericanAir. The hotel voucher they gave us won’t work because it’s dated incorrectly. So we’re in a hotel lobby on hold for 1 hour with AMERICAN AIR. Same For meal vouchers. You’re pathetic, @AmericanAir.

On a positive note, spent some time disconnected from the rest of the world in Wyoming with family. Let’s buy some horses, @kylarharder.
