@paulsen_smw If part of EJ's problem was the NYC travel, it might be worth putting the main studio in Atlanta.
He could then work just a handful of windows that work for him without committing to the full tournament. Regardless, Lefkoe should have been on the main team rather than Burleson.

@sportswithben1 Honestly I think NBC needs Golf because their Sunday Broadcasts are still beating NBA Games on NBC at night as well as needing to find work for Dan Hicks since he’s been at NBC for a long time. I think NBC pays up in the next contract.

Now that NBC does not own Golf Channel, does it make sense for them to pay for PGA Tour rights just to get six weekends in the non-peak part of the season? Would filling those windows with Olympic sports be cheaper?

@IndyHawk89 Iowa had a lot of close losses. Had they won 2 or 3 of them, they probably would have been a few seed lines higher.

@HawksBestie They unfortunately loaded arguably 5 of the top 6 draws for Sat/Mon. Iowa, UConn, and UCLA made sense to dodge the men's team games. Notre Dame/Ohio State and/or South Carolina should have been Fri/Sun.
ABC would have had UConn and Notre Dame today then SC and LSU tomorrow.

IF by this time next year CBS Sports and TNT Sports are a single fully-integrated corporate unit, could we see some changes to the tournament schedule?
Surely CBS would want to air all four Elite Eight games? Would they want the First Four as well?
