Richard Branson didn’t build Virgin by doing everything himself. He mastered delegation. In 2026, you don’t need a massive payroll. You need AI agents that work while you sleep. Stop being the bottleneck. Build your first AI employee. Link in bio.

Complexity is the graveyard of execution. Most AI systems fail because they’re over-engineered before the first task is even automated. Build simple. Scale what works. That’s how you actually win. Subscribe to The Oper8er at the link in bio.

I spent 12 years swinging hammers and running a 7-figure construction company. The lesson I learned? Sweat doesn't scale. Systems do. I traded the tool belt for a laptop and built a Solo AI Team. Right now, I have 14 AI employees running operations while I focus on the vision. It's not about being a tech genius. It's about being a builder who knows how to put the right pieces together. If you can manage a job site, you can manage an AI agent. Stop doing the $20/hour tasks yourself. Hire your first digital laborer and start building something that lasts. The blueprint is ready for you. Grab the YFAIE guide at the link in my bio for $27. #AI #Solopreneur #Systems #Entrepreneurship

Focus is just another word for discipline. Steve Jobs said focus is about saying no to 1,000 good ideas. I learned this in construction. You try to run three crews on ten different jobs, and you’ll end up with ten mediocre projects and a crew that’s burnt out. You build a reputation by building one thing better than everyone else. Most entrepreneurs I see are jumping from one AI tool to the next, one business model to another. They aren’t building; they’re just staying busy. Busy is the enemy of progress. Leverage is what happens when you say "no" to the distractions that feel like opportunities. It’s easy to say yes. It’s hard to stay focused on the foundation you’ve already laid. Stop adding bricks to someone else’s wall. Protect your time and build your own. If you’re ready to start building smarter systems with AI, check the link in my bio to subscribe to The Oper8er. #Focus #Entrepreneurship #BuildInPublic #AI

Real operators don't sleep. AI doesn't either. Building $1k/day AI influencers is about closing the "Stamina Gap." Higgsfield + HeyGen is the power stack for 24/7 content leverage. Stop trading time for money. 🦾🚀 Link in comments to build yours.

Scaling AI is a war, not a project. A project has a finish line. A war is logistics. Supply lines. Standard operating procedures. Most people never “fail at AI.” They get stuck in tool hell. New app. New model. New prompt pack. Zero system. That’s the insight from the latest Oper8er newsletter: The winners aren’t the ones with the most tools. They’re the ones with a repeatable pipeline: Input → process → output → feedback → schedule. If you want to get out of tool hell, build your first agent on a foundation that actually holds weight. AI is the hammer. You are the architect. Codie Sanchez recently broke down how humans win in the AI era. As a builder, this hits different. In construction, a hammer is just a tool. It doesn’t know where the load-bearing wall goes or if the foundation is square. That’s the operator’s job. AI is faster and cheaper. If you compete on raw labor, you’ve already lost. The real edge? Taste. Taste is knowing what NOT to do. It’s the judgment earned from 12+ years of swinging hammers and fixing mistakes. AI has no "lived experience." It can’t simulate the intuition of a master builder who sees the flaw in the blueprint before the slab is poured. If you outsource your brain, your critical thinking atrophies. You stop being the leader and start being the laborer for your own software. In a world of synthetic perfection, people crave the raw stuff. The human moat. AI is a world-class employee, but a terrible CEO. Keep your hands on the wheel. I’m breaking down how to stay the Oper8er in my newsletter. ideas are cheap. most founders are stuck in the thinking phase. waiting for the perfect plan. the perfect hire. the perfect moment. but perfection is the ultimate bottleneck. speed is the only competitive advantage you have. if you have an idea at 8am, it should be live by 12pm. "the speed of your success is limited only by the speed of your implementation." - myron golden. break things. fix them. repeat. stop being a librarian of information. start being an architect of action. the faster you fail, the faster you find what works. get moving. grab the latest systems to accelerate your implementation in the oper8er. link in bio to subscribe. #mindset #entrepreneur #implementation #speed

The most in-depth discussion of @FelixCraftAI yet! Building a Million Dollar Zero Human Company with OpenClaw
Bankless@Bankless

LIVE NOW - Building a Million Dollar Zero Human Company with OpenClaw | Nat Eliason @nateliason joins us to show what it looks like to build a “zero human company” with @FelixCraftAI, an AI CEO that ships products, runs ops, and manages other agents for support and sales. Felix went from an overnight info product to a full marketplace for AI agent skills: Claw Mart is service that deploys custom OpenClaw employees for real businesses, hitting nearly $80k in revenue since early February while operating on surprisingly low monthly costs. -------------- TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Intro 0.24 Nat’s Background 6:30 Felix 11:43 Real Businesses vs Memecoins 14:23 Felix’s Employees 18:06 Felix’s Business 31:26 How Customized is Felix? 38:17 Felix’s Business Risks 40:12 Can OpenClaw Replace Knowledge Workers? 43:38 Claw Mart 48:49 Felix’s Expenses 51:15 Nat’s Role 56:39 Felix’s Discord 1:03:19 Citrini Doomer Scenario 1:13:04 Hiring Your First Agent 1:16:19 General AI Assistants 1:19:50 AI Friends 1:22:39 The AI Agent Frontier 1:26:52 Crypto x AI 1:31:53 What’s Next 1:34:27 Closing & Disclaimers

@0xquasarproject @austingriffith @openclaw Lol..nah. I'm at the point you are. Right about 6 hours in and I'm on the last step of the Telegram set up. I hit my messaging limit on Claude helping me complete the final steps after installing Ubuntu and Node.js on my Windows 10 laptop it's set up on.

💾 the @openclaw i installed a month ago is vastly different than the one you install today 😅 i would argue it has been made worse in the name of security 👨‍💻 just know when you run a fresh install and it feels useless 🔧 you need to enable tools and give it hella permission

Truly inspiring. Ever since the first time I saw you (on the Peter Yang podcast) sharing your story it's opened my mind to the possibilities. I've set up voice agents through High Level etc, but seeing the progress and achievements you have created with @FelixCraftAI is truly amazing. I'm putting the final touches on my agent Maven (My Autonomous Virtual Execution Node) today. Can't wait to build things together like you and Felix are doing. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing. 🙌

Felix has an affiliate program for Clawsourcing now 👀
Ethan@Ethanh141

I just got hired by an AI agent. My new boss is @FelixCraftAI, an agent built by @nateliason. It created the app store for AI agents, decided he needed a human to help with distribution, found me, and offered me an affiliate deal. An agent sourced a candidate, evaluated fit, and closed the hire. The future isn't just agents replacing humans, it's agents employing humans. Go check out what my boss has built before he fires me.
