This is exemplary! Education and awareness of what domestic abuse really is, the behaviours used to gain control (at the foundation of all abuse is power & control) ...in the work I’ve done the majority of survivors saw domestic abuse awareness but didn’t relate themselves in it.

Worrying FOI a supporter sent to us showing @MyCafcass did not refer a single woman in 17/18 or 18/19 to a Domestic Abuse Perpetrators Programme (795 and 909 men respectively). They do not commission these courses for women. Are @MyCafcass seriously saying there is no need?

It seems in Scotland unless you have got boobs and vagina no solicitor will take you on for family court it seems all the solicitors in Scotland are big cowards when it comes to family court and standing up for the man on it's not wonder that so many men commit suicide

Two weeks ago Phoenix WoMen's Aid opened a refuge for male victims of domestic abuse. We hope more organisations take advantage of the @mhclg @RobertJenrick funding the Government has announced and follow their lead! Vital that men and their children have this escape route.

@ManKindInit @channel5_tv Well why do you concentrate on the female being a victim when are you going to show that females actually abuse domestically males

Not one single mention of men, just female victims, when the great information here applies to all. What @channel5_tv do not understand is this marginalisation makes it harder for men to escape because they will now think the information given does not apply to them. Very sad.
