Stores in Texas took hemp flower off the shelf again today.
As part of a back and forth legal battle, an appeal by the state meant the rule that bans most smokable hemp went back into effect.
The last ban in late March lasted about two weeks.

The TX Lt. Gov. announces he would back summer camps opening this year, as long as they have a sufficient emergency plan, and reliable emergency comms, even if they don't meet a new requirement for fiber-optic communications.
The requirement was added after the deadly flash floods that killed 28 at Camp Mystic last July.
Hundreds of camps have been telling legislators there was not enough time, or money, to install fiber lines the law requires before this summer.
During hearings last week in Austin the state health department said only 3 camps had received new licenses for this summer. @dallasnews reported this week the number was up to 9.

Big development in TX in the state's ongoing battle over legal hemp and THC.
I just talked to a store owner who as soon as this legal decision came out, packed up the car with inventory, sent a blast out to customers, and headed to restock shelves.
She said her biz has been handing on by a thread since the new rule went into effect in March.
