If you’re a startup founder with a big announcement, let me know and I’ll amplify it for free. No catch. I just want to support the community and pay it forward. You don’t need to pay a bunch of accounts to astroturf your new AI/fintech product or your series B raise. People have caught on to that playbook and it no longer drives engagement (if anything, it kills your credibility). If you’ve got something people are going to be excited about, I’m excited for you. I don’t have the biggest audience (far from it), but I’ve been blessed beyond measure by the community here, and, to the extent I can, I’d love to help. It’s the least I can do. Just shoot me a DM.
Luke Metro@luke_metro

So is paying big anonymous Twitter accounts to QT your fundraise just a normal part of the launch playbook now

When you have a proven system, it’s slight tweaks that go from good to great. When you have no system you’re only looking at the tweaks as a shortcut. I’m telling you now. Reverse that thinking. It’s the extra that others won’t do that makes you stand out.

It’s pretty cool to see so many familiar faces back on the feed instead of random bots. The algorithm update is working.

Nobody hires me because I get 5 likes on a post. They hire me because I demonstrate results in: spaces, xchat groups, 1-1 sessions, in group coaching, in lives, in emails You have to find ways to not perform the loudest but be the most obvious x.com/i/spaces/1YGNr…

Thanks @nikitabier and the xAI team for a much improved algorithm here on X. For anyone who is seeing me for the first time in a while, I'm now writing about San Francisco AI innovation pretty much all the time. If you want to know the score of the World Cup game or whether we are at war in Iran I'm not your guy. Although I do have lists where you will see those things. (See my "General" lists for that). Speaking of lists. I built the most complete lists of smart people on X: x.com/scobleizer/lis… Just passed 9,000 AI companies on them, and have 50,000 people in just AI. But the most complete lists of crypto, neuroscientists, robotics, security, investors, founders you can find anywhere. @IrenaCronin and I use that to inform our free newsletter, which is at unaligned.io And if you really want to keep up on the AI community here, check out our AI news site at alignednews.com/ai -- the AI agent that @blevlabs and I built reads 30,000 posts here on X every day to make that news site. Everything links back to X. And if you don't care about AI, this is a good time to unfollow me. Because that's what I care about. Oh, and a little Tesla and a little other San Francisco/Silicon Valley innovation thrown in. (I'm about to head to Salinas to see a bunch of farming robots, for instance). Good morning! Been here almost 20 years, and one thing I've learned is the algorithm keeps changing. Which is why I built the lists so I can always see the micro communities here. Love! And if you unfollow, no hard feelings.

@jonbrosio Trust is the foundation for every successful system you build. Ask yourself - how can you be the most obvious solution? Then build systems around that.

You can manufacture visibility You can buy attention You can hack growth You cannot manufacture trust. It's the one asset in the creator economy without a shortcut. And therefore is the one asset worth building more than anything else.

Getting this triggered over simple facts is honestly wild. Knowledge is power.

@Hitchslap1 See why I said this is pointless? Of what utility is this information? Why is it important? Why the endless random fun facts about IQ and brain stats? We could talk about it all day, but it wouldn't change anything.
