I built an AI system that creates luxury real estate listing videos for under $10 (just from a Zillow link). The average agent pays $1K–$5K per property for professional video production. Sell this output to realtors and agents and make $$$. Here's how it works: → Save the 6 best images from any Zillow listing → Bring each image into Calico AI to animate it — smooth dolly shots, cinematic pans, luxury motion styling → A custom GPT analyzes the listing and writes a polished 30-second voiceover script → ElevenLabs generates the AI narration and a custom music track → CapCut to assemble the final video with captions in minutes The result: every listing gets a professional-grade walkthrough video — not just the $10M estates with marketing budgets. Static listing photos aren't enough anymore. Buyers want to feel like they're walking through the home before they book a showing. Comment "CALICO" below, and I'll send you the full process with prompts and GPTs so you can recreate (must be following so I can message you!).

I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year. ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls. Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this. But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail. They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI." That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue. They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing. And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner. Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for. They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it. Because most people selling it sound like every other agency. I created a guide breaking down exactly: → How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen → The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project → How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself → The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects → Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything RT + reply "INFRA" and I'll send you the FULL guide (must follow so I can DM)

99% of the AI agent tutorials on YouTube are garbage. I’ve built 47 agents with n8n and Claude. Here are the 3 prompts that actually work (and make agent-building simple). Bookmark this post 🔖 Bonus: comment "Agent: and I’ll DM you AI agent system prompt + full guide ↓

My normal hourly rate is $750 an hour and likely rising soon. Why? First, supply and demand. I don't have a lot of time. Second, I always guarantee to provide more than $750 of value in that hour. Here's a lot of the advice I give out so you don't have to hire me: 1. Make an offer so good, with guarantees, that makes it easy to say yes. (Especially if you are doing outbound sales). Remember supply and demand- if you need more sales, your offer needs to be good. 2. The way to scale your business is to stop being the best operator, and start being the best trainer and hirer. 3. Reviews and review sites are the best form of marketing, period. Build reviews programs. (Social proof wins) 4. Profit is the lifeblood of your company, build it into your budget and forecast years out to ensure you have proper runway. Most entrepreneurs drastically overestimate runway. 5. Stop chasing money and crowded markets, find a lane that's emptier and go hard at it. (Stand out, stop fitting in) 6. Chasing money and goals isn't enough, focusing on an impactful missions is. (Goals are a quick way to burnout, purpose is the way to feel like you are winning) 7. Company values need to be authentic, the more authentic the better hiring you can do. Think of them like guideposts for every decision you make in your business. 8. Habits are how you win, stop firefighting and start adding habits into your day to day to get you there. (Time block the first hour of your day with things you normally push off, but that would help the business grow, outreach and content as an example) 9. Outreach works, but how you personalize it is what matters most. Thoughtful video messages, personalized notes and comments, handwritten notes. And at least 7 times per person, thoughtfully. 10. Brand is built on 4 things: Mission, Values, Image, Reputation. You get these 4 right and you will go far. 11. Biggest of all, ICP is everything. It's not who you want, it's who you know you can knock it out of the park for. Who can you for sure get 5 star reviews for? That's your ICP Any of these resonate? Any that you disagree with?

I have a bit of extra land, build a barn added stalls, and started a doggy day care side business. Albeit, this is a bit more than a side hustle and it was about 60k start up costs, but I count it as a side hustle. Does about 10k a month revenue, grosses about 5 after paying a helper and expenses.

Has anyone actually created a side hustle that makes $5000 per month or more? If so, what? I hear about them in articles, but know very few people who have actually done it...

A digital business is the simplest path to time wealth. I wrote a breakdown of 10 digital businesses you can start tomorrow with less than $1k. Comment “digital” and I’ll send it to you. Someone’s going to build one of these in the next week!!!

Inquiring minds want to know how my CPA firm finished up in 2024. I think it’s helpful to take a step back and see how we got here. 2021 Gross Revenue: $99,958 Employees: 0 2022 Gross Revenue: $871,527 Employees: 4 2023 Gross Revenue: $1,601,251 Employees: 7 2024 Gross Revenue $3,103,590 Employees: 15 Most people ask what has attributed a lot to our growth and being able to basically double each year 3 years in a row. We didn’t buy any firms… Our net profit margins are high (35%) I didn’t kill myself in the process. You want to know the secret? Marketing & Sales. It doesn’t matter how great or amazing your service is if no one joins. It doesn’t matter how great your customer service is if no one joins. You don’t achieve word of mouth and great referral marketing if no one joins. Learn how to get customers in the door. And not just customers, but lifetime repeat high paying customers... “The person who can make the customer walk into the door makes the most amount of money” My greatest breakthroughs have come from listening to successful business owners in the digital marketing space. I would share my secrets, but honestly most people don’t listen anyway. So you won’t see me wheeling and dealing a course, or an accountant community. Reach out if you’re serious about growing your firm I am here to help.

@shapingelements @anothercohen Is Linear intuitive to learn and use? I’ve been considering ClickUp but I’m intrigued by several on this thread saying they use Linear.

Dude! Rock on Zack! I love it! Lately, I’ve felt internal resistance reaching out to others to ask them for help and advice on growing my business. I know I need it and could totally benefit from it, but it’s hard to not feel like you are wasting their time. So I appreciate you putting this out into the world and sharing this. I’d love to jump on another call with you sometime to get your advice on how to continue growing my business.

Adding a script has made sales 5x easier. I thought it was a simple enough pitch that I didn't need a script to follow. Boy was I wrong! Since developing a script that I follow, my pipeline has grown dramatically, and my close rate has tripled. I think the key has been developing rapport much better in the first 5 minutes. Previously I was jumping in too fast. Now I listen much more.

Plant based diet will definitely help you shed some pounds and keep them off. I know someone who lost over 50 lbs in 12 months with zero exercise doing a plant based diet. It takes dedication, but if you’re motivated to do it I know someone that can offer a meal plan for you and habits to start doing to shed the pounds.
