Despite being the goat Kai was always so kind and humble, helpful and funny. A model human in so many ways. I wish I would have gotten to sling more cards with him. Rest in Peace King. ♥️

This is interesting, I also miss the days when you showed up to a prerelease and had to learn the cards on the fly. The excitement of sharing your pool with friends to compare cards. I understand it makes sense for companies to hype up new sets to drive sales. What do you guys think if Chrono just dropped a set with no reveals?

@terribadmtg i still go to a prerelease here and there and i'm happy with 5-6 rounds of swiss. what really makes them less exciting to me is that the full set is spoiled, there's also videos of drafts online etc. it's barely a 'prerelease' any more.

Last year after qualifying to @YGGPlaySummit Manila tourney got unfortunately DQ’d due to my age at that time. This year in 1st qual I was only one tiebreaker point short from making so I thought it was all over. But got lucky in 2nd qual so I’m going to MANILAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

Played in the @shadowversegame SVO4 Qualifier just now at 3am and made my second top cut of the series!
For those who dont know its 512 players 10 rounds bo1 need to be x-2 or better at the end to qualify. So 20 ish people.
Now we play bo3 down to top 8 (i think) and then the top 8 will be streamed tomorrow.

@BJJTCG Ya maybe it would have been true, Chrono is leaning more towards MTG in set design so that it's draftable. You're right though LoR was very archetype based, almost too much so. Lurk being just all the lurk cards was kinda :/

I always wanted booster draft in Legends of Runeterra, but was often told it wouldn’t work.
Happy to report it’s alive and well in Chrono and it’s so much fun!!
