Repeat after me! "Today I choose to be the best version of myself." "I am open to all the wonderful possibilities this day holds." "I radiate positive energy and attract good things into my life." "I am growing, evolving, and becoming better with each passing day." "I face today with courage, optimism, and an open heart." "I am present in this moment and grateful for this day." "Every day is a fresh start and a new chance to shine." "I trust the journey of my life, even when the path is unclear." "I am making a positive difference in the world, one day at a time." "I end each day with gratitude and begin each day with purpose." "I am resilient, adaptable, and ready for whatever today brings." "I choose progress over perfection in everything I do." "I am surrounded by love and everything is working out for my highest good."

If you need any kind of help with depression or suicidal ideation, DON'T BE SILENT. Speak up and tell someone you trust and who will help get you the resources and help you need. You are not alone. It's okay not to be okay. #SuicidePrevention #DontBeSilent #SpeakUp

Just be kind. Being present and intentional with everyone you come in contact with; it can and a lot of times will change their whole outlook on life. Every single person in this world is going through something. Most people don't share their struggles with everyone, but everyone is going through something that is affecting their mental health. Live with kindness and respect, it's way easier to smile and laugh and nothing better than someone spreading their sunshine everywhere they go. #SuicidePrevention #BePresent #BeIntentional #BeKind #ItsOkayNotToBeOkay #LoveOnPeople #CheckOnYourFriends #EvenYourStrongFriends #BeASafePlace

🧠 Mental health matters — and so does awareness. Many mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders, are linked with an increased risk of suicidal thoughts. This doesn’t mean everyone with a mental illness will experience suicidal ideation — but it does mean compassion, support, and early help can save lives. ✨ What we know: A history of depression or other mental illnesses is a major individual risk factor for suicidal behavior. Suicide remains a leading cause of death in the U.S highlighting the importance of recognizing and responding to warning signs. 💛 What helps: Connection. Support. Access to mental health care. We all play a role in creating a world where reaching out feels safe. 💬 If you're struggling: You’re not alone. 📞 Call or text 988 — 24/7, confidential support is available. Let’s talk openly about mental health and break the stigma. You matter.

One of the most telling risk factors for youth is mental illness. Mental or addictive disorders are associated with up to 90% of suicides. One in ten youth suffers from mental illness serious enough to be impaired, yet fewer than 20% receive treatment. In fact, 60% of those who complete suicide suffer from depression. Alcohol and drug use – which clouds judgment, lowers inhibitions, and worsens depression – is associated with 50-67% of suicides.
