3 weeks has passed and nobody @British_Airways is contactable, not via phone, not via Twitter and certainly not via DM. Shocking to think they believe it is an acceptable way to treat their customers. Its about time @grantshapps removed out flag from this disgrace to our country.

I honestly didn’t think that @British_Airways Customer Service could get any worse but after DM’ing them, as they requested, I have now been waiting 48 hours without a response…Completely pointless and pitiful Customer Service

I’ve been trying for hours to just speak to @British_Airways … My 11 years of loyalty are being severEly tested by its incompetence to offer Customer Service … All lines are closed to protect their staff … They won’t have any customers soon !!
