@AskTarget That's the number I called and they were the ones who told me I can't have my credit. So, nothing will be resolved by calling them again.

Hey @Target , I have one of your circle cards, and I have made 3 payments this month keeping it paid off. This last time the people @TDBank_US put in charge of managing the card said I made too many payments.

So, they told me that I have to wait until the end of the week for my available credit to return. This sucks because I lose 5% shopping with you until then. So, I have to go to @Walmart instead to get my 5% using their card which has none of these issues. Please make it right.
