@AmericanAir His response was combative and not that of a customer service rep. There was an obvious lack of respect for me and my family. He was not willing to work with us at all! He, his tone, and his demeanor were so rude, crude, and socially unacceptable that I'm thinking

@AmericanAir There's only 3 of us including a young child and yet somehow you managed to have us scattered about the aircraft in different locations. My daughter was in tears. When I kindly asked the agent, Billy for his assistance, his reply was "tough".
