@JasonPlant2306 Hi Jason. In general, type 1 diabetics tend to have lower HRV vs controls. The lower HRV seems to be related to higher glucose/HbA1C. But appropriate treatment seems to maintain or improve values.

Low HRV but otherwise healthy?
Rule out family history of hypertension (FHH).
Offspring of hypertensives often have ↓ HRV, even when normotensive, & have ↑ risk of future hypertension.

Fantastic teamwork this May weekend in UHS operating Theatres. Our urology robotic team undertook 7 procedures with 2 robots. So amazing that 7 patients were able to have their operation. @UHSFT @BrainTumourSurg @JoeTeape @HannahKedzia @trichardsuhs @MitziBGarcia @gailbyrneuhs
