Yes. I culture the product known as Yakult (avail in the refrig section at Target, Walmart, etc. ) into a yogurt. It has the strain L. paracasei Shirota. After a few days of eating 1/2 cup of the yogurt, my sleep is improved. I also culture the probiotic Bio-Thin by Mercola for its sleep benefits. The combination of the two is a winner for me. I use organic half & half as the base, add 1.5 tbsp inulin and then add the probiotic. I heat the half & half to boil, let it cool to 110 Degrees F and then add the inulin and probiotic. Culture it in a yogurt maker for 36 hours. Use a temperature of 109 degrees F. Start out slowly with a 1/4 c total until your digestion is used to it. Then use a max of 1/2 per day total.
