If you have just watched the Punchestown Gold Cup, there is a valid argument to say Gaelic Warrior has just proven himself to be the most talented chaser over 3 miles since Kauto Star. Galopin Des Champs was relentless. The ability Gaelic Warrior has got is staggering!

In preseason I had two Championship spread bets. I sold Ipswich at 82.5, they have 81 with one game left. And bought Portsmouth at 55, they have 54 with one game left. The market is pretty good isn't it.

@ScottPr84 @alanr1chardson My two cents on it all is the media are fueling the issue by not fronting up and owning situations like this. We need to stop the apologetic rhetoric. It forces media to deflect from the reality. What Paul felt is different to how it looked on TV, he didn't have that benefit.

@ScottPr84 @alanr1chardson He had just arrived from France and didn't run in any of the spring festivals after it, but ran again in November. I can't say if he was injured or not but I also don't think you can attribute his 'time off' to that incident without knowing.

A very decent winning day overall although it wasn’t plain sailing as you’ve probably read. As opposed to yesterday the results in the middle of the card were favourable, saying that we are far from out of the woods yet and it’s all to play for tomorrow on Grand National Saturday
