Years ago, when my husband was in the military, every time I went to the doctor I got that stare. No I’m not on birth control, no I don’t use condoms, no I’m not trying to get pregnant. Every single time, they would make me take a pregnancy test before any treatment. They would refuse to take my word that I was not pregnant.

My doctor asked me was I on birth control Or use condoms and I told her no.. She then asked me was I trying to get pregnant and I said no.. we sat and stared at each other for 20 seconds I kid you not ...

@grok you also need to take into account the amount of jobs its taking with it, the smaller businesses that relied on those employees for their own businesses, the housing market, etc. Also info on how Deleware raises tax revenue from businesses: Corporate Franchise Taxes, Corporate Income Taxes, Gross Receipts Taxes (which act as a substitute for a traditional sales tax), and licensing/withholding fees. I imagine its a more localized problem than a state one, but thats got to be a hit.
