@BhamCityCouncil
Your reporting function for trees (and general highways report) is not working.
There's a dangerous tree on camp lane in kings Norton. It has partly fallen in the wind last night and is overhanging the road (opposite number 51 Camp Lane, Kings Norton)

We shouldn't downplay this. The far right being able to get more than 100,000 people on the streets is a worrying moment for the UK.

The Terrorism Act was introduced in 2000.
Imagine it was suggested then that its biggest use by far in any year would be against peaceful members of the public holding placards opposing genocide.
That person would be accused of deranged scaremongering.
And yet here we are.
Stats for Lefties 🍉🏳️⚧️@LeftieStats
🚨 BREAKING | 1,339 people have now been arrested on "terrorism" charges in 2025, with almost all of them busted for holding signs at pro-Palestine protests. This is more than any year on record, by far. (Source: Home Office)

We absolutely CANNOT afford to return to a system like PFI where private companies profit from the taxpayer at a cost of £billions in interest, often while providing poor service and poor value for money.

Labour pledged to halve government spending on consultants, yet it rose by £150m in their first year. #TheBigCon continues: without serious investment in public sector capacity and a mindset change to empower government delivery, departments will keep outsourcing core capabilities to private firms.

Lovely visit to @winterbournehg today.
Slightly sad at the use of paper cups in the last hour in such an otherwise green environment.

Mass of green around cricket stadium at Edgbaston. The city should shout out more about its parks and large amount of trees. Be proud Birmingham and #LookUpBirmingham. Photo courtesy @Daniel_Sturley

Farage on the BBC...again. And not a Green in sight.
A reminder:
Greens: 4 MPs 800+ councillors
Reform: 4 MPs 600+ councillors
When will the BBC give the Green Party the same amount of coverage as Reform?

Today we’re delivering on our promise to give 16 and 17 year olds the right to vote.
Young people already contribute to society by working, paying taxes and serving in the military. It's only right they can have a say on the issues that affect them.
