@rapidoapp_ There was an additional amount for toll charge and he didn't take that route, instead took the normal way. The bill showed after the completion of the ride showed me the deducted amount but the driver still took the same charge without showing them the final billed amount!

@rapidoapp_ who designed your app? There is no option to register sort of complaints for the completed ride? I had booked a cab for my parents and the driver charged them more without showing them the amount charged for the ride. Now I can't even register a complaint against it?

@Airtel_Presence After like 3 months of harassment, finally sent my refund cheque through the worst courier service - the professional couriers@TheMedak19417. They marked it as delivered already days ago and called me saying now they can't deliver it!! Good way to scam customers @airtelindia !!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has a new way of extorting money from their customers. 1st install the airfiber with poor network - when the customer requests for disconnection doesn't allow them with 48 hours - raise multiple SRs and close on your own - deduct prepaid amount!

@Airtel_Presence If you are planning to get any sort of wifi in India DO NOT go for #airtelairfiber. They scam people the best way. Trashy service, doesn't allow you to raise tickets, even if you raise it somehow they cancel it on their own. Customer service at its worst!

@Airtel_Presence @AirtelCaresLess The representative Raju (+91 63643 39158) lied saying I can cancel my wifi request within 48hrs if the network is not up to the promised speed. Loki (+91 91481 39297) came for installation didn't even have the device to check the speed and lied the speed will up in 2 hrs and ran.

@Airtel_Presence Now the device has been picked after a month of follow up and I'm being charged even after no usage of the WiFi. What a way to extrort money. @AirtelCaresLess customer support folks are liars. First full refund was promised then next on usage basis. Now cutting month charge!
