IBERIA y BOA dejan en tierra al hijo de Doria Medina en Madrid - España Ezequiel Doria Medina, hijo del empresario y político @SDoriaMedina, denunció que no pudo abordar su vuelo hacia #Bolivia desde #Madrid tras la cancelación de su reserva, pese a haber recibido confirmaciones previas. “Iberia es la peor aerolínea del mundo. Estoy en el aeropuerto de Madrid, tenía que llegar a Bolivia hoy en la noche, ahora llego mañana en la mañana…”, relató, al explicar que adquirió su pasaje con #BOA a través de Iberia. Según indicó, al llegar al counter le informaron que su reserva había sido cancelada sin previo aviso, pese a contar con correos electrónicos que confirmaban el viaje. El afectado aseguró que la aerolínea atribuyó el problema a la falta de confirmación por parte de BOA, situación que —según dijo— nunca le fue comunicada. “Me llegan dos e-mails de confirmación de que está todo perfecto… pero me dicen que mi reserva está cancelada”, cuestionó, añadiendo que el servicio de atención al cliente fue deficiente. “Tengo que esperar casi una hora… como siempre es un servicio pésimo el de Iberia”, afirmó. Además, reclamó que se le debió notificar oportunamente sobre cualquier inconveniente con su reserva. Doria Medina también anunció que exigirá una compensación económica conforme a normativa europea. “Me tienen que pagar una compensación de 600 euros porque así funciona, es una ley de la Unión Europea”, sostuvo, tras indicar que solicitó documentación que respalde que no pudo abordar el vuelo. “No puede ser que te cancelen un vuelo sin avisarte… Iberia es una vergüenza”, concluyó.

@Defence_Index It is not highly hostile airspace. If they’re refueling helicopters in that airspace at the low altitude so low that it can be filmed by cell phone. It’s just the observation . it’s not demeaning the capability and heroism us Air Force in anyway
