A real game changer in virtual meeting. It was much more similar to in person than to virtual. Today we had a whole day of “REFINE”: Reducing Fluoroscopy In Electrophysiolgy. Here are some pictures from the meeting.

Here's an electrophysiology term I've never heard of, apparently one they say at Yale: "The Kaye Sign." When you're pacing the RA to look for Wenckebach, and it crosses over and starts AVNRT, that's the Kaye Sign. #EPeeps

Then you may need to move the left-to-right (proximal) knob in the ICE. It works every time.
