@RexProfessor @NianticHelp At this point I’m 95% sure the people working on CS for this game, is working for the hackers.

@RexProfessor @NianticHelp I have lost three accounts now to hackers and the @NianticHelp is useless, I provided receipts, screen captures and screen recording from the account (I’m obsessed with recording shinies and progress on my acc) and they told me the information does not match the account.

This is actually absurd. @NianticHelp has let this sit for 14 hours while hackers have had account access. They have not responded to any in-game chats, DMs on insta, tweets, or emails. The longer it takes for us to contact a human the worse this gets. I need a human not a robot!
