I like Braveheart but something I don't understand is why they have a 20 minute part at the end to fake like Robert the Bruce is betraying William Wallace for a second time? Doesn't make sense to me and adds too much runtime to the movie

In the last few months I discovered the Rest is History podcast. One of the most entertaining and educational ways to spend my downtime at work. Also it has reignited my childhood love of history. Well done gentlemen.
