@SharpFootball Hour 24 you are “hungry” out of routine. After that it’s just how long can you hold out.

if you are thinking of trying this, I can say my experience during the process was positive
I didn't do it for weight loss (I didn't even weigh myself first) and I don't think you should try it if that's your goal
if your goals are longer term health (like mine) by resetting things internally, there's no way for me to know right now if it helped, but I don't see many downsides with far more potential upside
I'd do it around a time when you'll otherwise be somewhat busy so it distracts from the deprivation, but it never really was too challenging for me
NFL Draft is coming up next month and is a THU/FRI/SAT thing, so you could try during those 3 days and let that distraction aide in the 3 days - I liked the MON/TUE/WED personally so I could eat/relax on the weekend and then get started
breaking the fast for me:
- meal 1: cup of bone broth
- meal 2: scrambled eggs & avocado
- meal 3: tbd
curious the optimal time to repeat this (not that I'm looking forward to doing it again right now!) but I would consider trying it annually - any experts on that? are there diminishing returns on the benefits gained?
there you go, some thoughts on my experience for those interested

Nebraska has landed a commitment from JUCO All-American DT Andy Burburija (@BurburijaAndy), per his agency @youngbucksport.
He ranks as the No. 20 overall JUCO prospect and No. 6 d-lineman in the 2026 class. Posted 11 sacks this year for Iowa Western.

@mrmikeMTL Do I expect my kids to take care of me. Absolutely 100% not. I raised my children to be independent once they were of age.

Nebraska senior OL Henry Lutovsky:
"My first year as a freshman we were 3-9. Having the opportunity to leave this program better than I found it is unlike any other opportunity I've had before."

@MWSportsJunkie Big Red is not where they were. Alternately they are not where everyone wants them to be. It can happen overnight, like Indiana, but I don’t see that as a sustainable option. Give it time. #GBR. #☠️

I truly love Nebraska, but dear lord some of you “fans” are living in an alternate reality.
If you think this program isn’t different than it was 3 years ago, then you’re absolutely clueless.
Anyone calling for Rhule to be fired should be embarrassed. #GBR

As a @HuskerFootball fan this is hard to say. @HawkeyeFootball should have made the playoffs over JMU. The system is broken…

You guys won’t believe this but I went up to the manager of this little Christmas store in NY and asked what this ornament was about
They said “it’s from an interception by this Husker football player, named ‘Willy C’, back in 2013 when they played Georgia. We like to sell it around this time every year because it’s close to the anniversary of January 1st. If you’re thinking about getting it I’d hurry up and buy it because we just restocked from selling out in the first 24 hours.”
Wow
Merry Christmas
