@KuKhahil 1. You need an upper chest exercise, I would replace flat DB press with incline DB press 2. Not sure if your goal is to gain muscle or strength but 2 sets to failure is better than 3x8-12. Just my opinion 3. You really only need 1 bicep and 1 hammer curl variation

For the last month+ or so, I’ve been doing a ULAR split For the workout warriors out there, is there anything I should add to any of the workouts to improve it?

@HertzincTMack @nick__xo @BladeCunningham Not really, had dmitch on 1st team ballot instead of Cade and has always downplayed us for logical reasons but forgets to mention how good we are defensively, especially Ausar and stew. He also always mentions Cade’s efficiency but never mentions Brunson or Luka efficiency

Your assessment of which Thompson twin is the better defender at this point is a real litmus test for ball knowledge. It's really not even that close this year.
