Companies know this and that’s why they don’t uphold security standards. The issue is that data privacy doesn’t matter for a lot of people until it DOES matter aka your life is significantly impacted by someone using your data maliciously

Would not recommend connecting/uploading your financial data to AI tools.
The attack surface is too big. Between indirect prompt injections, sensitive data getting leaked from model training, and raw data potentially being exposed to malware, the risk completely outweighs the convenience.
