I am being told that Yudkowsky is denying he ever said this. Yes he did, on video. If he retracted it and apologized, great. But he does not get to pretend it's other people's fault for not understanding his genius. He explicitly called for a non-signatory to be not just bombed, but nuked. The fact that the people doing it are states has zero moral relevance.
Alexandros Marinos 🏴‍☠️@alexandrosM

Yes, Eliezer Yudkowsky called for a pre-emptive nuclear strike. "How do we get to the point where the US and China signed a treaty whereby they would both use nuclear weapons against Russia if Russia built a GPU cluster that was too large." - EY Source: m.youtube.com/watch?t=4556&v…

There's only one thing that could actually stop us from beating Iran: the fracturing of the American people. I understand not wanting war. However, we're in one right now. So, I'd prefer to win. Sadly, it seems like a lot of Americans would rather Iran win. And some even seem to agree with the religious zealots in Iran who wake up every day and pray for the destruction of the West. This is LUNACY.

Yeah, but that's always been the case. We've always been the far superior military that can do what we want to Iran anytime we want to. And the long term implications (getting stuck in an area for years on end...as the military industrial complex demands) and spending money and lives on meaningless wars is always the argument against. Nothing has changed.

@JayDoubleyouBee I agree the war is not over yet, but it's fairly clear IMO who has the initiative and who doesn't. We have full control of escalation. Unless Trump commits to a ground invasion & occupation of the mainland we will achieve a strategic victory

I am really wondering if any major account will actually admit they were wrong about it. I was wrong in 2020 that Trump would stop Biden from taking power after the election theft. To my credit I at least put skin in the game for my beliefs, but I was wrong nevertheless. And it was ultimately a good thing for me. The public humiliation forced me to reassess my understanding of how the world works and made me better at seeing psyops. It's made me less egotistical about my views and more grounded. But no influencers on here ever want to own being wrong. They just shift goal posts, or reframe it as if Trump was lucky or "changed course" (he didn't). It's a major integrity issue. The credibility gap between the talkers and those with actual responsibilities on their shoulders continues to widen.
Fugitive Caesar@ThomBrady5

well, I'm glad we all supported President Trump during the Iran War and that nobody embarrassed themselves by predicting the collapse of the global economy and the end of the American empire and alienated their friends in our coalition. Good job keeping the faith, everyone.

I've posted this before and I will again. Protestants and Catholics spend too much time infighting while we live in an evil society. Every time I post this the Catholics get enraged and list everything the Protestants say about them and vice versa. Everyone ignores the message entirely.

Clarence Thomas is a brilliant man and one of the greatest justices of all time. He also needs to retire immediately. He's 77 years old. If Democrats win the midterms and then the presidency, which they very likely could, there's a significant chance they will get to replace him with another Kentanji Brown Jackson. That would be a disaster for the country. We need to get young conservatives on the court right now. Alito, too. He's 76.

You have more money than me and I couldn't tell you the cost of anything in the grocery store. Couldn't tell you what eggs, meat or milk costs within a few dollars. I filled my gas tank yesterday don't know what gas costs within a couple of dollars. What's bread cost? Did you expect Trump to go grocery shopping? Did you think he was a champion on the show Supermarket Sweep?
Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸@FmrRepMTG

Just called Thomas Massie. Phone rings. Thomas answers. Me: hey what are you doing? Massie: I’m at Kroger. Call you back in 10. lol, he’s knows the grocery prices. Do you think Trump has been to a grocery store to do his own grocery shopping in the past 30 years? Nope.

Fascinating discourse. And I find myself with a similar viewpoint to Rogan at the moment. Read the Bible cover to cover last year with a discipleship group and I can’t say it got me any closer. But I’m absolutely convinced that His way is the way. It’s the allowing myself to step aside and fully open to that world that is the hard part.

Last night Joe Rogan had Michael Shellenberger on his podcast & he asked Joe point-blank: "Are you a Christian?!" Rogan had just told him he's been going to church for the last few years. Rogan: "I'm fascinated by the story of Jesus Christ... I can't find a flaw in the way (Jesus) tells you to live." Shellenberger pressed again: "Are you a Christian?" Rogan: "Well, I go to church... I've been doing it for the last three or four years." Shellenberger persisted: "But that's not really an answer to the question." Rogan: "Well, 'cause I don't know... I think it's very interesting, & I do believe that if you follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, you will live a better life. I really do believe that." He's getting close. I would challenge Joe Rogan here with it is IMPOSSIBLE for Jesus to be a good teacher & wise prophet who you can just emulate some of His life & benefit from tho. He was either: 1) A complete lunatic, liar, & the greatest deceiver of all time. He got 100's of his closest friends to lie about him even after he died -- they never relinquished those lies despite it costing them their own lives. 2) Exactly who He says He is. THE SON OF GOD. Our Savior & the Messiah. Logically Jesus cannot be JUST a wise teacher. It seems like Joe Rogan is getting closer to this truth. I pray you seek the Truth about Jesus too. Once you find Him...... everything changes in this world & the next. 🙏❤️

I've been browsing the retatrutide posts on reddit, and something is astounding to me. I'm seeing people losing a couple of pounds or a lb a week and some are saying stuff like, "I still couldn't resist some pancakes, but I had one less than usual." Granted, these people are obese, but I don't understand how they are having trouble resisting food. I've had no side effects or stomach issues, but now I hate food. Nothing looks good, even things I previously loved. I never get hungry and have to force food down like it's a chore. I'm someone who loves good food, and 100% of my desire to eat is gone. How are these people only having one less pancake than usual? How are people having sub optimal results? This stuff should shred anyone.
9mmSMG@9mmsmg

On my third day of retatrutide, starting at 2mg. I've had zero side effects, but my appetite is gone. Had to force myself to eat breakfast which was 8 Oz of sardines and a few slices of tomato. Normally this would not remotely fill be, but I'm stuffed. No food cravings, I just really don't want to eat. Hitting protein goals is going to be a real struggle as I raise the dose. I have a feeling I'm going to be leaning on a lot of protein shakes.

The Happening is so bad that I actually enjoy it. The acting is awful, but one scene is so hilarious to me. The man in the lion cage. The lion bites his wrist and somehow manages to tug and rip his entire arm off at the shoulder. Bird Box stole the plot of the idea from the movie and made it better.

What's a movie you regret watching? Something you'd erase from your memory if you could. For me, it's Antichrist. It was one of those movies I saw randomly. Nothing to watch, saw it on and noticed it was a Lars Von Trier film. I thought The House that Jack Built and Melancholia were both excellent so I gave it a shot. I regretted it, a lot.
