Why you got to wait 30 hours for the @CityofCT @CityofCTAlerts to come fix a burst pipe. The water has been running nonstop. Problem has been reported.

@CityofCT Been overflowing since yesterday morning 6am already. Reported the issue yesterday morning. COCT came to look and left without doing anything.....municipal water just running down the street. Burst pipe?

@TelkomZA I upgraded nearly 3 weeks ago at the Cape Gate branch and still waiting on my phone. No phones being answered at that branch. Assistance would be appreciated.
