@dlrpfans If as a knock on effect of this people cancel their holidays then Paris makes less money. If Paris makes less money, then they can't pay for the current amount of cast members. If they can't pay for the current amount of cast members I know exactly who will be the first to go.

I will never understand why companies in this case Disney won't pay a decent wage to their Cast Members. Because no Cast Members is no Magic.

@HartleyIs @dlrpfans Completely disagree with your comment. Disney has plenty of money in the account. They could fix this and pay a good wage but they won't because there afraid of all the other disney's around the world will follow suit and go on strike. Disney can play this out for years at one

After almost 10 years of seniority I’m still at minimum wage, with new hires being almost at the same pay than me. Added to the inflation the fact that we live near Paris makes it impossible to provide for a family.
